Big Sale Has Started - UPDATED 07-31-25 (01 Apr 2025)
As some of you know my dad passed away 2 months ago today, on May 31, 2025. I posted it in the Members Only section when it happened. Thanks to all of you who have offered kind words on the forum, with phone calls, and visits in person during this time.
The Big Sale is on but not like originally planned, it is a by appointment type of thing now. I don't have the manpower, or the desire to do a big event like originally planned, I just need to sell a lot of parts that are taking up too much space here. I have been told and believe we are overloaded with Wheel Horse parts like no one has ever seen. Peeps have already been coming in from different parts of the country and buying a lot of stuff due to seeing the sale page, and seeing we are the only Wheel Horse only business in the USA that does things on the scale we do. The sale will continue for awhile until I free up some more space but you may not want to wait too long as things are being sold every day and there are limits to how many of certain parts will be sold.
As it says on the page it is still under construction and the page isn't finished yet. I've had a ton of calls for parts and the Big Sale Page may help answer some questions about what is here before peeps call. I hope that page is also clear that we DO NOT SHIP anything... This is a by appointment type of thing now. Be sure to call before you come to make sure the day isn't already full with peeps scheduled to come in, and make sure what you want is still available.
What's everybody doing?

I've finally reclaimed the old welding table after the Fastenal fixation lol.
I'll be spending the next 2 afternoons (while it's warm) down at the welding shop building a new 5 x 5 welding table on wheels with 1 foot removable welding grates on each end. When they are both slid onto the table it will be 5 x 7 total. This will be the actual table used for welding and other things. The welder and plasma cutter may be on a lower shelf and stay on that table as well. Not sure how to describe what's actually in my mind to build but I'll get pics of it and how it works in the tool section when it's all done.

yeah we have grocery stores and gas stations open and some other places like repair and hardware but who knows how long they will be open........:smile2 :smile2Geno wrote: We have the same thing here as you have there, the shutdown rules are State wide. I don't see where the mechanics, or repair shops have been asked to close, yet... That's part of the reason I'm doing this now lol.

The new welding table isn't done yet but it's close. It's been a wild week and the welding table has evolved into a monstrous life of it's own, it's been getting a lot of welding and a few more time intensive changes made. I think 4-5 more hours will wrap it up. :smile2

Honestly, the tire peeps are saying there's a supply line problem with the virus thing on these smaller AG tires so I'm cleaning the KY distributor warehouses out.

Geno wrote: I have a few truckloads of these used racks and bins coming tomorrow and more next week, they are showing up now that peeps are cutting back or closing shop. My Fastenal guys, especially the DM who is getting all of these for me, are the best, they take awesome care of me.
This will give us 10 times the parts storage we have now in the same footprint by just replacing the shelves we use now. It will also free up a lot of the bigger shelves for bigger things. It's gonna entail some major moving but I'll get a post up on it soon in the equipment section.
