Big Sale Has Started - UPDATED 07-31-25 (01 Apr 2025)
As some of you know my dad passed away 2 months ago today, on May 31, 2025. I posted it in the Members Only section when it happened. Thanks to all of you who have offered kind words on the forum, with phone calls, and visits in person during this time.
The Big Sale is on but not like originally planned, it is a by appointment type of thing now. I don't have the manpower, or the desire to do a big event like originally planned, I just need to sell a lot of parts that are taking up too much space here. I have been told and believe we are overloaded with Wheel Horse parts like no one has ever seen. Peeps have already been coming in from different parts of the country and buying a lot of stuff due to seeing the sale page, and seeing we are the only Wheel Horse only business in the USA that does things on the scale we do. The sale will continue for awhile until I free up some more space but you may not want to wait too long as things are being sold every day and there are limits to how many of certain parts will be sold.
As it says on the page it is still under construction and the page isn't finished yet. I've had a ton of calls for parts and the Big Sale Page may help answer some questions about what is here before peeps call. I hope that page is also clear that we DO NOT SHIP anything... This is a by appointment type of thing now. Be sure to call before you come to make sure the day isn't already full with peeps scheduled to come in, and make sure what you want is still available.

Yesterday was a really good and real busy day.
The more I sell the more I want gone so the sale list grows every day even though things are going out almost every day. I had 3 more calls on restores yesterday so it looks like I'll never have time for a lot of these projects anyway, and that's ok. :smile2

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.

I put a battery on the old reel mower and she fired right up. It has a 35HP Kubota diesel in it and a lot of hydraulics, 5 cylinders on the 5 arms, 3 in front and 2 in the center, hydro drive and steering, and runs 15mph. I'm not sure weather to sell it to someone who would use it or need a good engine, or adapt some of the arms for use around here for lifting, moving and pulling...

Well if you like me i can think of a lot of ways to use it but then again might not ever need it...so sell it since you have a forklift.......

I got to thinking this morning that the forklift is no good unless it's on blacktop and I want to be able to move stuff around all the time so it doesn't get all grown up out back like it was. Granted the vehicles can be sold but the trailers need to be moved around even if they are emptied. Now I have an easy way to move trailers quick, just pull right up to it, hit the raise lever, move it then hit the lower lever.
I'll prob cut the swivels off of the outer arms tomorrow morning and drill them for the receiver so it can be moved around, 1 pin and it just slips off. Later I can add some other mods and use it for a lot of things, especially if the forklift is tied up or I have to go off road.
